MicrosoftCorporate finance is the central pivot point connecting a company’s strategy to achievement of its operational goals. Leading organizations are taking a more forward-looking view of their operations using key performance indicators and aligning metrics throughout the company; unifying teams under consistent budgeting process; and taking responsibility for the company’s performance before it happens, rather than explaining what happened afterwards.

Microsoft has built a performance management solution to help finance enable consistent, accurate reports and metrics, simplified tools for conducting analysis and building dashboards and scorecards, and a single source of truth for reporting metrics. Microsoft’s Performance Management solutions can help your organization gain more relevant business insights, simplify compliance processes, drive more consistent, accurate reporting, and get more value from existing technology investments. With Microsoft you can make business information more accessible and meaningful to the people who need it so they can make better, faster decisions. Additionally, Microsoft solutions can help you streamline and align processes to drive greater efficiency, collaboration, control, and compliance all in the same familiar and easy-to use products like Microsoft® Office Excel 2007 – directly integrating with existing business systems and formal planning and budgeting processes to help people to do their work using the tools they already know.

WalmartWalmart Health & Wellness Employer Solutions Group

Walmart is now using its buying power and distribution expertise to help employers save money on their prescription drug benefits and vision programs.

Prescription Drug Savings:
For large employers that self-insure their health plan, Walmart can reduce the cost that employers pay for prescription drugs. With this new program, large employers can often save about 35% on generic drugs and, in many cases, savings on brand drugs can also be realized. It is easy to implement and does not require the employer to change its Pharmacy Benefit Management company (PBM) or limit its network.

Vision Program Savings:
Walmart’s Opti-Direct program allows you to provide your employees with a vision program without the hassle and expense of paying vision insurance premiums.

Prescription Safety Eyewear:
If you subsidize prescription safety eyewear for your employees, you can pay less at Walmart. In fact, basic safety frames and single vision lenses cost about 75% less at Walmart Vision centers than they do through some other safety eyewear providers.
